Job Title: Electrical ForemanWe are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team in Eden, NC. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of electrical systems on our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate electrical installations to ensure compliance with specifications and local electrical codes.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of assigned craft workers, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
- Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders to ensure accurate execution of electrical work.
- Establish and adjust work sequences to meet construction schedules, utilizing knowledge of equipment and personnel capacities.
- Attend project planning and scheduling meetings to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Analyze and resolve work problems, maintaining a high level of quality and safety standards.
- Perform regular safety inspections of work areas, equipment, and personnel to ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Appropriate journeyman experience in electrical construction.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a variety of environments, including office, shop, and construction sites.
