**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide exceptional customer service to students and their families, ensuring a positive and supportive experience throughout the financial aid process.
  • Make outbound calls to students to review their FAFSA applications, provide detailed instructions, and assist with document collection and completion.
  • Work with students who have just completed enrollment and need to begin the FAFSA process, providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including inbound and outbound call volume, file quality, completion percentage, and time in the inbound queue.

**Requirements**

  • Live in Florida, Ohio, Indiana, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, or Georgia full time.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work weekends every 4 weeks.
  • Must pass a financial background check, with a clean financial history and no defaulted student loans.
  • Ability to begin work on a flexible schedule.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and ethernet capabilities in your home or daily work environment.
