Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Food & Beverage department. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining administrative matters, including answering phone calls, processing mail, and coordinating employee onboarding.
Responsibilities- Administrative Support:
- • Greet internal and external guests, answer phone calls, and respond to voicemails and emails
- • Process mail, faxes, and other documents for the Food & Beverage Director and Managers
- • Maintain office supplies, order materials as needed, and distribute items to staff
- • Compose and type correspondence for the F&B Director as required
- • Process AP invoices from vendors
- • Coordinate new employee onboarding, including scheduling serve-safe certification
- • Stay up-to-date with technological advancements and educational resources to improve job performance
- Education and Experience:
- • High school graduate or equivalent required
- • 2-3 years of experience with computers and software applications
- • Strong communication and organizational skills
- • Ability to sit for long periods, lift up to 25-30 pounds, and perform other physical tasks
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
