Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead operational initiatives to foster a high-performance and integrity-driven business environment.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the HR Division Director, crafting and executing strategies that enhance efficiency and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with HR leaders across divisions to align company-wide programs, initiatives, values, and safety protocols.
  • Assist business leaders in talent identification, job description development, recruiting strategies, and candidate selection processes.
  • Oversee the performance and compensation review process, including succession planning and development action plans.
  • Conduct internal investigations, present findings, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Utilize HRIS Business Intelligence to analyze key HR metrics and generate reports that identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of HR leadership experience across multiple states and sites, including supervisory roles.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Thorough understanding of local, state, and federal employment laws to mitigate HR operational risks.
  • Positive mindset with a strong inclination towards embracing change and process improvement.
  • Willingness to travel 10-20% of the time.
  • Proficient in advanced MS Office applications.
  • Preferred qualifications include HR certification, experience with UKG, knowledge of food production or manufacturing seasonal staffing, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

Compensation and Benefits: The annual compensation ranges from $110,000 to $130,000. Benefits encompass high-quality, low-cost health plans for employees and their dependents, including medical, prescription, dental, life, and disability coverage, as well as FSA and HSA options. Additional perks include paid time off, paid holidays, early enrollment in a 401k plan with employer matching, product discounts, and support for MBA programs.
