About the Role
The Providence RN Fellow - Nursing Float Pool position offers a unique opportunity for registered nurses to transition into a new specialty through a guided curriculum, experienced preceptors, and hands-on learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in a dynamic float pool environment
- Collaborate with experienced preceptors to develop skills and knowledge in a new specialty
- Participate in a structured curriculum to enhance clinical expertise
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
- At least 1 year of nursing experience (new to specialty)
Preferred Qualifications
- Current National Certification in area of specialty (unless otherwise indicated)
