About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Energy Technology Sales Specialist to join our team at Stellar Enterprises in Krakow am See. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for scheduling and notifying new installations and container returns, as well as planning the deployment of technicians and carriers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Notification: Schedule and notify new installations and container returns, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Planning and Deployment: Plan the deployment of technicians and carriers, ensuring optimal resource allocation and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: Provide direct contact and support to customers and field staff, handling complaints and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Financial Management: Invoicing to customers, cost documentation, and material transfers, ensuring accurate and timely financial management.
Requirements
  • Commercial Training: Completed commercial training or equivalent, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
  • Professional Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in a commercial profession, with a sales orientation and strong customer service skills.
  • Soft Skills: Strong service mindset, confident and professional demeanor, solution-oriented, and team player.
  • Technical Skills: Good computer skills, including MS Office and ERP systems.
