Commercial Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:- Represent a sales organization committed to ethical principles and deliver exceptional results.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with target healthcare professionals (HCPs).
- Deliver approved, education-focused messages and disease-state information to HCPs.
- Enhance HCP awareness of Sun Ophthalmics products, clinical data, safety, and efficacy.
- Equip HCPs with tools to facilitate conversations and teach patients about the assigned therapeutic area.
- Build HCP knowledge and confidence in identifying treatment gaps in all domains.
- Increase awareness of the assigned therapeutic area and help HCPs identify treatment gaps in diagnosed patients.
- Meet call activity and adherence targets, as well as financial goals for the assigned territory.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a scientific field.
- Two or more years of pharmaceutical sales experience or equivalent.
- Two or more years of specialty pharmaceutical experience or equivalent, preferably in the assigned therapeutic area.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of healthcare institutions and commercial managed care.
- Ability to travel domestically as necessary.
