Job Title: College Field Representative, Capitol

Turning Point USA is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to assist in one of the nation's largest and most innovative political field operations. As a College Field Representative, you will work closely with Turning Point USA student groups and student activists to launch new chapters, maintain established chapters, and develop strong activist networks throughout your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with Turning Point USA student groups and student activists to launch new chapters and maintain established chapters
  • Develop and implement daily campus activism initiatives to recruit new activists and help students register to vote
  • Import and organize recruitment-related data, conduct outreach to prospective members and activists, and give oral presentations
  • Represent the organization at events and conferences, promote those events and conferences on the field and on social media, and represent the organization and the efforts of our student activists on social media
  • Manage the territory's student Chapter Chair team, develop new activism plans, and network on behalf of the organization both on and off campuses
Requirements:
  • A strong representative of the TPUSA brand
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Google Apps, HubSpot, and Airtable
  • Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned
  • Passion for conservative ideas and principles
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm for a dynamic work environment
