Turning Point USA is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a College Field Representative, Capitol. This role is responsible for working with student groups and activists to launch new chapters, maintain established chapters, and develop strong activist networks throughout their assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with student groups and activists to launch new chapters and maintain established chapters
  • Develop strong activist networks throughout their assigned territory
  • Import and organize recruitment-related data
  • Conduct outreach to prospective members and activists
  • Give oral presentations and represent the organization at events and conferences
  • Manage the territory's student Chapter Chair team
