Job Summary

As a Quality Assurance Manager at Data-Mail, you will be responsible for planning and directing activities related to the development, application, and maintenance of quality systems and standards for manufacturing processes, materials, and products. This role requires a strong understanding of quality management principles, including TQM, SPC, and ISO 9000.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and initiate standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation.
* Design and implement overall quality training programs to ensure subordinate and unit quality control specialists are fully trained and updated in specific client quality requirements.
* Establish and maintain cost-of-quality metrics, such as preventative, appraisal, and non-conformance.
* Manage the compilation and development of training material and conduct training sessions on quality control activities.

Requirements

* Four-year college degree with 5 years in a supervisory role in the management of a formal quality system or equivalent experience.
* Experience with TQM, SPC, and ANSI-ASQ Sampling.
* Knowledge of ISO 9000 and MPTQM.
* ASQ Certification a plus.
