Key Responsibilities- Guest Service: Welcome guests upon arrival, respond to their requests and inquiries, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handle guest check-ins and check-outs, and maintain accurate records.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations.
- Security: Conduct security walks, maintain the overall security of the hotel, and ensure the safety of guests and staff.
- Financial Transactions: Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other financial activities with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
- Availability: Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
