United Business Bank is seeking a seasoned Client Relationship Manager III (Commercial Loan Officer III) for our Commercial Banking division.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) III plays a pivotal role in cultivating relationships with potential clients by assessing their financial requirements and providing tailored solutions through the diverse array of products and services available at United Business Bank. These offerings may encompass commercial and/or real estate loans, as well as various deposit account products including demand, savings, or time deposits. The CRM III must possess comprehensive knowledge of loan types such as Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Commercial & Industrial (C&I), Construction loans, Lines of Credit, Letters of Credit, and other intricate financing options.
The responsibilities include evaluating client loan applications to ascertain their alignment with the Bank's risk management policies, preparing necessary documentation, and facilitating the approval process. Additionally, the CRM III is tasked with maintaining and enhancing existing client relationships, while actively representing the Bank in local, civic, social, and professional engagements. The role also involves driving the growth of loan and deposit portfolios, alongside other assigned responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Certification: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related discipline.
Required Knowledge: In-depth understanding of banking operations, lending procedures, and relevant regulations.
Experience Required: A minimum of 8 years in the financial services sector.
Skills/Abilities:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong numerical aptitude.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in business development and cross-selling strategies.
- Capability to assess, analyze, and manage credit applications.
- Organizational proficiency.
- Competent in using personal computers, including Word and Excel.

COMPENSATION: Salary range of $100,000 to $115,000.
