Job Summary

This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity with the Direct Delivery organization. As a Senior ALM Tools Specialist, you will support engineering project teams on ALM tools-related topics, including tool rollout, configuration, and training. You will also be the first point of contact for user management, troubleshooting, and coordination with IT on ALM tool-related topics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer Micro Focus ALM, including QC server licenses, user creation, and project creation.
  • Monitor and report on tool usage.
  • Provide customization support for Quality Center.
  • Work closely with engineering domains to support ALM tool-related topics.
  • Deploy current and new tool suites to engineering projects.
  • Develop training materials and train users on ALM tool usage.
  • Support users with tool-related scripting and automation.
  • Extract charts and dashboards from ALM tools.
  • Pilot new tools and perform tests with IT before upgrade or rollout.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
