We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team at Diedre Moire Corporation. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in the development of new business opportunities and the growth of existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visit customer plants to inspect, analyze, and document current equipment, capacities, infrastructure, facility layout, power distribution systems, etc.
  • Act as the extension of the home office engineering team at customer site.
  • Present analysis, recommendations, and alternatives based on information gathered at worksite.
  • Specify, design, model, lay out, and place system components including laser cutters, laser engravers, laser welders, plasma cutters, and fiber laser welders using advanced CAD software packages.
  • Oversee and support installation, set up, testing, and customer training of systems.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in a relevant field.
  • Practical hands-on experience working with modern fabrication processes for both plastic and metal materials.
  • Experience troubleshooting, debugging, and improving Graphical User Interface (GUI) CNC Programming for laser and plasma machine tools.
  • Ability to translate abstract ideas into technically sound and actionable items.
