Business Development Representative

JARBO Employment Group, a leading staffing agency in Overland Park, KS, is seeking a Business Development Leader to drive sales growth and expand its client base. As the first dedicated salesperson, you will have the opportunity to build relationships with decision-makers at small to mid-sized engineering, manufacturing, utility, and construction companies.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in inside sales, with a strong understanding of business and project management principles. They will be responsible for sourcing new business opportunities, presenting JARBO's staffing solutions, and building relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue growth targets
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at target companies
- Present JARBO's staffing solutions and services to potential clients
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure seamless delivery of staffing services
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Proven inside sales experience with a strong track record of success
- Strong business and project management skills, with a focus on sales and revenue growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with decision-makers
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
