We are seeking an experienced Director of Player Development to join our team at The Orleans Hotel & Casino. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and retention of high-end players.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the player development department, including analyzing comp decisions, reinvestment rates, and programs for high-end players.
  • Establish and execute department policies and objectives to grow new and existing players.
  • Implement trackable player programs to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
  • Supervise, schedule, and train Hosts and VIP Services staff to deliver exceptional guest service.
  • Provide input on VIP events and activities to create memorable experiences for our most valued customers.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of marketing management experience in the gaming industry.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with high-end players.
  • Working knowledge of computers and player tracking systems to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses required by law.
