  • Develop and maintain documentation for procedures, online services, and user guides.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Three years of relevant experience in software development and documentation.
  • Strong proficiency in API development and server-side programming languages such as Python or Java.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with NEMO LMS.
  • Knowledge of network protocols and data storage management.
