We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HighRadius Consulting Manager to join our rapidly growing national HighRadius practice. As a key member of our Finance Transformation solution team, you will have the opportunity to work with clients to improve their business by providing expert services such as HighRadius Implementations, Process Improvement, Financial Transformation, Procedure Design and Optimization, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with accounting, financial, operational, and other management personnel to identify and implement process improvements
  • Lead HighRadius implementation projects, assessing, troubleshooting, and testing during the implementation cycle
  • Train and advise clients on the effective use of HighRadius products to meet their specific needs
  • Train and mentor staff/project teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Participate in business development activities to attract and retain new and existing clients
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in accounting, operations, and/or performance improvement consulting
  • Minimum 5 years of experience successfully implementing HighRadius' accounting automation solution
  • Travel expectations up to 50%
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Consulting or Professional Services firm experience with previous pre-sales/sales experience
  • Experience implementing other finance and accounting technologies
  • Experience leading outsourced teams
  • Understanding and demonstrated experience with working with multiple clients
  • Corporate or industry accounts receivable accounting experience
  • Previous experience with operational process reviews and basic internal control requirements

Compensation Range: $103,300 - $207,400

Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
