Position Overview

We are pleased to announce an opening for a Sales Counter Associate within our HVAC distribution branch. This role involves a Monday to Friday schedule, with occasional Saturday shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers and assist them in placing orders through our computer system.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate updates regarding parts availability to customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment.
  • Receive and inspect new equipment deliveries for damages.
  • Replenish supplies to ensure our branch remains well-stocked.
  • Handle phone inquiries, process orders, and provide troubleshooting assistance.
  • Promote sales of HVAC replacement components and aftermarket products to our Dealer Network and HVAC Contractors.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Support counter sales operations in our showroom and parts stores.

Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with at least one year of customer service experience.
  • Preferred but not mandatory: two years of experience in counter sales or relevant HVAC experience.
  • Strong customer service skills are essential.
  • Experience working with contractors is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using computers for equipment lookup and parts cross-referencing is necessary.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • Bilingual candidates are a plus.
  • Ability to work onsite daily is required.
