Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Subcontracts Administrator/Manager to oversee and administer subcontracting processes for our Energy and Mobility Solutions Business Unit. This role is essential for managing and overseeing subcontracting activities, ensuring adherence to federal construction contracts and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all subcontracting activities comply with DOD regulations, as well as state, local, and federal construction contract requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for multiple local subcontractors, managing communications and ensuring smooth collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate records of subcontract agreements, amendments, and performance evaluations.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business (or related field).
  • In-depth understanding of the DOD environment and its regulatory requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of state, local, and federal regulations related to construction contracts.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of work efficiently and effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, with strong time management skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust Security Clearance.
