Position:

Patient Services Coordinator

As a Patient Services Coordinator at CPO LTD, you will play a crucial role in providing efficient, effective, and empathetic service to our patients.

Your contributions will be essential in ensuring that patients and their families enjoy a positive experience from their first interaction with us.


Key Responsibilities:

Creating Welcoming Environments:

Foster a safe and inviting atmosphere for our guests, ensuring that our clinics are organized and clean to enhance their comfort.

Offer warm and prompt greetings to patients and their families, making them feel appreciated and welcomed from the very beginning.


Building Strong Interpersonal Relationships:

Establish meaningful connections with patients, showcasing empathy, understanding, and patience throughout their care journey.


Effective Communication:

Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate clear and concise interactions with patients, colleagues, and stakeholders.


Guiding Patients:

Assist patients in navigating to the appropriate treatment areas with care and professionalism, providing support at every stage.


Administrative Expertise:

Leverage your proficiency with standard office equipment to efficiently manage tasks such as scheduling, registration, billing, and data entry.

Present and clarify enrollment and financial responsibility documents to patients with empathy and understanding.

Collect and document copies of insurance cards and identification in the Patient Management System.

Ensure signatures are obtained for compliance documents, including Supplier Standards and HIPAA requirements, while maintaining accurate records.

Additionally, undertake other tasks as necessary to fulfill job responsibilities effectively.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.


Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.

Preferred knowledge of medical reimbursement and basic medical terminology.

Strong customer service and teamwork skills.

Eligibility to work in the United States.


Salary: $18 per hour
