About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Integrated Logistics Support IPT Lead to join our team at Raytheon Careers. As a key member of our Life Cycle Engineering team, you will play a critical role in driving change and collaborating on the development of platforms, systems, and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a multi-functional sustainment team consisting of indirect reports to work with domestic and international customers on Raytheon products and partnered products with other defense organizations.
  • Collaborate with other Life Cycle Engineering sustainment personnel to align strategic growth plans and create business growth ranging from development to legacy systems while maintaining company policy and procedures.
  • Develop and execute contract execution plans, including scope of work, cost, performance, schedule, and risk management.
  • Estimate At Completion (EAC) reviews and Financial and Contract Deliverable Requirements List (CDRL) reporting.
  • Manage Government Finished Property (GFP) inventory and conduct field activity support, organic and international depot level maintenance, shared product management, engineering, reliability, logistics services, and full product service life surveillance and life extension planning.
  • Ensure compliance with customer policies, specifications, and requirements, and continuously improve products and support.
  • Conduct briefings and reporting to senior management and customers, and develop strategic plans for long-term, affordable operational readiness support to exceed Warfighter needs.
Requirements
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant Sustainment, Logistics, Program Management, Project Management, or Engineering experience in a military or civilian environment.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) or managing program cost, schedule, and performance.
  • Leadership experience and active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven leadership experience managing a large diverse team while executing logistics, depot, and sustainment activities.
  • Demonstrated consistency, accountability, and flexibility managing multiple and competing priorities.
  • Track record of developing customer relationships to meet contractual requirements.
  • Military experience in Weapons, Munitions, or Maintenance and/or experience executing DoD sustainment and/or product support activities.
  • Knowledge of product life cycle management.
  • Top Secret Clearance.
