Overview

AccentCare is seeking a skilled Logistics Care Workflow Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our corporate healthcare team, you will play a vital role in reimagining care and delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient logistics and care workflows to optimize patient care and outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless care delivery and coordination
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in logistics and care coordination
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of education beyond high school in logistics, supply chain, or a related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in a related field, such as clinical scheduling or healthcare operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
