*Position Overview*: The Restaurant Operations Leader supports the General Manager in ensuring that all team members are focused on guest satisfaction, teamwork, and community engagement. This role requires a solid understanding of restaurant management, overseeing staff resources, providing guidance, developing and mentoring team members, and contributing to sales growth while upholding operational standards. Ideal candidates possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant or retail management, with a preference for those who have managed a full-service restaurant.

*Key Responsibilities Include:*

  • Overseeing the human resources functions within the restaurant, ensuring that recruitment, selection, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management align with company standards.
  • Executing the Mission Statement and Core Values daily.
  • Adhering to company policies, practices, and procedures while effectively communicating any updates to team members.
  • Participating in local marketing initiatives.
  • Understanding and analyzing the Profit and Loss Statement to develop action plans for improvement.
  • Ensuring compliance with food quality, safety, security, service, and cleanliness standards.

*Qualifications:*

  • Candidates should be highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented with strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
  • Basic mathematical skills are required.
  • A proven history of successfully managing multiple tasks in a high-energy work environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and enforce company policies and compliance standards.
