Job Overview

Hometown Pizza, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of a successful family-owned pizza restaurant in the Louisville area. Key Responsibilities
  • Restaurant Operations:
    • Ensure the restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and meets high standards of quality and customer service.
    • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff.
    • Provide coaching, feedback, and guidance to ensure team members are meeting performance expectations.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, open communication, and employee engagement.
  • Financial Management:
    • Manage the restaurant's budget, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
    • Analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to increase profitability.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Customer Service:
    • Develop and implement customer service strategies to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
    • Monitor customer feedback, address concerns, and implement changes to improve satisfaction.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing sales.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred.
