Job Title: Senior Client Services Associate

The Senior Client Services Associate is a key member of our Operations Team, responsible for providing exceptional client care and support to our clients. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Advisor in serving clients, maintaining their calendar, and booking appointments.
  • Scrub files after appointments, oversee follow-up with clients, and prepare for upcoming client meetings.
  • Work with the paraplanner to ensure timely and thorough file preparation.
  • Provide exceptional client care, responding to client requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Open new client accounts, process account applications, and manage monetary transfers.
  • Participate in Operational meetings to help with systems and educate the team about clients.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required.
  • Three years of industry experience required.
  • Series 65 encouraged, but not required.
Key Competencies:
  • Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and ability to learn new software easily.
  • Excellent verbal skills and ability to interact with clients and confidential client information.
