About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Administrator to join our team at JBT Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and issues
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Process and fulfill customer orders, including spare parts and other requests
  • Collaborate with Category Sales Managers to identify and pursue sales opportunities
  • Utilize product knowledge and company resources to provide accurate and timely information to customers
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with Sage or related inventory and accounting software a plus
