Position Overview:

The Cyber Advisory Analyst will be an integral member of the Cyber Advisory Services (CAS) team, demonstrating a results-oriented mindset and exceptional attention to detail. This role requires strong communication and collaboration abilities to deliver operational support across various initiatives. The team acts as a crucial link to the firm's Enterprise Cybersecurity division, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to offer cybersecurity insights and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote a culture of innovation while supporting the professional growth of team members.
  • Ensure compliance and visibility within both core and client environments, contributing to a robust enterprise security framework.
  • Review and assess data security documentation, addressing compliance-related inquiries and managing essential documentation.
  • Support the development of processes related to cybersecurity metrics and provide expert guidance on data security review forms, security standards, and best practices.
  • Analyze contracts and Master Service Agreements (MSAs) to confirm that security requirements are adequately addressed.
  • Engage in weekly workshops to enhance understanding of cybersecurity compliance, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.
  • Maintain the Cyber Advisory Knowledge Base to ensure access to the latest guidance and best practices.
  • Generate weekly metrics reports, showcasing key achievements and presenting findings through visual aids.
  • Assist in data collection for assessments and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and templates.
  • Support tracking of asset inventories across on-premises and cloud environments.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
  • Understanding of information technology, networking, and enterprise cybersecurity principles.
  • Ability to clearly convey complex cybersecurity concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Innovative thinking and eagerness to learn in complex technical environments.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in document management and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
  • Familiarity with metrics tracking and reporting methodologies.
  • Knowledge of cyber governance, risk management, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity products and their functionalities.
  • Ability to create effective data visualizations and reports.
  • Adaptability to manage competing priorities and effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, fostering positive relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Possession of CompTIA Security+ Certification.
