Service Center Specialist

Xylem is seeking a highly skilled Service Center Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our service center, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of productivity.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage inventory levels, process work orders, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with branch staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of service operations.
- Process customer requests, including rental quote generation and order placement.
- Document tasks and processes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- High school diploma or equivalent, plus 2 years of applicable work experience or Bachelor's degree with demonstrated capability in comparable work.
- Light construction experience preferred.
- Forklift certification preferred.
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Suite and math skills.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot logical processes and basic knowledge of circuit testing.
- A competitive salary range of $25.00/Hr. to $29.00/Hr.
