We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our Hematology Oncology BMT team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in hematology oncology and a strong passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive patient care to individuals with hematologic malignancies and bone marrow transplant patients.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Conducting thorough assessments, ordering diagnostic tests, and interpreting results to inform treatment decisions.
  • Developing and implementing educational programs to promote patient understanding and self-management of their conditions.
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies.
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Missouri.
  • Experience in hematology oncology and bone marrow transplant.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
