Position Overview: The Nurse Practitioner is accountable for evaluating patients' physical and psychological conditions, formulating treatment strategies, and ensuring seamless continuity of care.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active RN licensure in South Carolina
  • Certification as a Nurse Practitioner
  • Current CPR and BLS certifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately document patient interactions
  • Diagnose and treat both acute and chronic health conditions
  • Provide health education and counseling to patients
  • Keep updated patient records and medication lists
  • Engage in quality assurance initiatives

Additional Duties:

  • Oversee clinical staff and deliver clinical training
  • Facilitate patient care processes and resolve obstacles
  • Prescribe medications in accordance with practice agreements
  • Ensure confidentiality of patient information
