Position Overview

The Department of Neurosurgery at the University of Missouri is thrilled to present an opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. This role entails close collaboration with our Neurosurgeons, focusing on the inpatient care of neurosurgical patients.

About the Department:

As the sole Level I Trauma Center in the region, our neurosurgeons provide extensive neurosurgical services for individuals dealing with brain and spine tumors, aneurysms, cerebrovascular conditions, spinal disorders, peripheral nerve issues, pediatric neurological challenges, epilepsy, and movement and functional disorders.

  • Work Schedule: 4x10 hour shifts weekly
  • Inpatient-only responsibilities alongside Neurosurgery residents and attending physicians
