Partner Engagement Coordinator

KG Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Partner Engagement Coordinator to join our team in Charleston, SC. This role will support our mission to enhance community health through education and resource access.

Location: In or close to Charleston, SC. This role will support the Lowcountry Region.

Job Summary:

The Partner Engagement Coordinator will foster relationships with organizations and agencies in the assigned region. Responsibilities include partnership development, conducting training, and promoting awareness of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Medicaid Enrollment Program: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful program implementation
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner sites, research and recruit new partners, and create proposals and negotiate agreements
  • Track and Report on Partnership Performance: Monitor and analyze partnership performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
  • Train and Educate: Provide training and education to partners on various aspects, including financial literacy and case management
  • Participate in Community Coalitions and Committees: Engage with community stakeholders to promote awareness and support for the organization's mission

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong Technological Aptitude: Proficient in using technology to support partnership development and training
  • Experience in Business Development and Negotiation: Proven experience in business development and negotiation, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Knowledge of Federal and State Programs: Familiarity with federal and state programs, including Medicaid and other healthcare-related initiatives
  • Highly Organized and Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for travel within the region and state
  • Flexible Hours and Travel Availability: Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed to support partnership development and training
  • Consistent Internet Access: Reliable internet access is required for remote work
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred: A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but not required
