Position Overview: Commis is in search of a motivated and skilled Dining Room Supervisor to enhance our service delivery and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our patrons. Working closely with the Captain and Management, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of our establishment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare the dining area prior to service, which includes tasks such as cleaning, arranging table settings, and ensuring all dining utensils are polished and ready for use.
- Conduct post-service duties, including cleaning, organizing, and preparing the dining space for the next day’s operations.
- Participate in weekly deep cleaning activities to uphold the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the restaurant.
Compensation: This position offers an annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $85,000, with a commitment of 4-5 shifts per week.
