Key Responsibilities:
  • Advance business requirements for organization-wide change methodologies.
  • Engage with stakeholders to redesign current business processes.
  • Create innovative and automated solutions aimed at boosting efficiency, eliminating redundancies, and streamlining tools utilized in change management.
  • Work with various departments to gather and document specific requirements as User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner and agile scrum team, including UX designers, other Process Improvement Analysts, and Technical Writers.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for the Training and Organizational Change Management Team.
  • Your contributions will directly enhance the speed of market delivery and minimize risks associated with changes to products, services, processes, and technology.

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst within an Agile Scrum Team.
  • Proficient in gathering business needs and translating them into User Stories and testable acceptance criteria.
  • Strong expertise in Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience in technical writing.
  • Certifications in Agile/SAFe methodologies.
  • CBAP certification is preferred.
