Job Title: Quality Systems and Processes Specialist

CSA Group is seeking a highly skilled Quality Systems and Processes Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Quality Management team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the development, management, and improvement of our technology systems and processes related to our Quality Management System (QMS).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and improve technology systems and processes related to QMS, including document control systems, audit management systems, quality databases, intranet pages, and non-conformance and corrective action systems.
  • Lead and maintain the internal and external audit program scheduling.
  • Coordinate the collection and presentation of QMS data for management and reporting purposes.
  • Support the coordination of global QMS communications and change management activities.
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of data, information, and communication material related to quality systems and processes.
Requirements:
  • 2-year post-secondary education in a field relevant to CSA Group's core business.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in data analytics, systems, and process design and improvement.
  • Experience with management systems, particularly ISO Management System Standards and conformity assessment standards, is an asset.
Skills:
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate abstract topics to a wide range of audiences.
  • Expert working knowledge of data analytics and presentations.
  • Ability to work independently and in a group setting.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, SharePoint, Power Platform, and project management, scheduling, and planning software.
