Job Title: Portfolio Manager

Paragon Cyber Solutions, a leading provider of cybersecurity solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining and developing client relationships, and driving business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of named accounts and meet or exceed revenue retention and expansion targets.
  • Expand our Federal and DoD portfolio by engaging with key decision makers and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities, sufficient to meet the company's revenue targets.
  • Provide critical leadership from early capture strategy development through the post-submission phases.
  • Assist the proposal team with strategy development based on collected intelligence.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of directly related industry experience as a business developer.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • Proven track record of winning previous capture efforts.
  • Five (5) or more years of experience in portfolio and account management, client relationships, and business development within state, local, and federal government.
Desired Skills:
  • Ability to develop and implement creative strategies into winning bids, including a thorough understanding of price-to-win analysis.
  • Proven experience supporting GSA Schedule contracts.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Active Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one).
