About the Role

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our Edge Services team. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our edge infrastructure, ensuring seamless scalability and reliability for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and project managers to develop and implement edge infrastructure solutions.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensure consistency in deployed configurations and track exceptions for follow-up.
  • Drive simplification efforts in engineering and project management to unblock innovation.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant IT discipline.
  • 5+ years of project management experience, with a focus on technical infrastructure projects.
  • 5+ years of experience in data center and/or network deployment, with a focus on edge infrastructure.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience with multiple project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with AWS network architecture.
