We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at University City Housing. As a skilled Painter, you will be responsible for various tasks, including painting and plastering, maintaining service records, renovating homes, and ensuring successful completion of assignments.

Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with residents and team members to perform painting and plastering tasks.
  • Maintain accurate service records.
  • Participate in renovations and get homes ready for move-in.
  • Ensure the successful completion of assignments.
  • Perform snow removal tasks as needed.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance as required.
Requirements:
  • Strong painting and plastering experience (2+ years)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • High levels of communication skills (both written and spoken English)
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Ability to move heavy equipment and machinery.
  • Comfortable working at heights and with ladders.
  • Ability to work on call and non-traditional hours.
