Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the maintenance team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to perform their duties effectively.
  • Maintenance Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement maintenance plans, schedules, and procedures to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability.
  • Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment, including routine maintenance, predictive maintenance, and corrective maintenance.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure that all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with established quality and safety procedures, and that all equipment is properly maintained to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Cost Control and Budgeting: Manage maintenance budgets and costs, identifying areas for cost reduction and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for maintenance team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with other departments, including operations, engineering, and quality, to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in maintenance, operations, or a related field, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP, with experience in Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma a plus.
