About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Referral Screening Specialist to join our team at DCI Donor Services. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for medically screening and reviewing donor referrals by phone, making medical evaluations for potential donor suitability. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written formats.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • 2+ years of experience in emergency or critical care in a healthcare setting
  • Demonstrated ability to understand medical terminology and read medical charts
  • Exceptional teamwork, communication, and conflict management skills
  • Valid driver's license with ability to pass MVR underwriting requirements
