We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Supervisor to join our team at DH Pace Company, Inc. in Denver, Colorado. As a Service Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective coordination of field employees and ensuring that our services meet or exceed customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Dispatching: Schedule technicians to customer job sites, collect and finalize job details, and submit them for processing.
- Technician Scheduling and Job Management: Ensure technicians' schedules are cleared of completed job tickets and that open job tickets are in the correct technicians' schedules for materials ordered, billing, and voided tickets.
- Department Reporting and Analysis: Run, review, and manage department reports to ensure the department is meeting customer expectations and commitments.
- Billing and Administrative Support: Assist with billing paperwork and meet customer billing document requirements.
- Service Ticket Management: Create and maintain service tickets to ensure service dates are met.
- Estimating and Technical Support: Work with the estimating team to provide service quotes when required and provide assistance to field techs with technical/mechanical troubleshooting/problem solving.
- Inventory Management: Provide accurate work orders and picking lists to the warehouse for inventory pulling.
- Other Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Experience and Skills: Experience using Microsoft Office Suite is a plus, but not required. Experience in the door industry, dispatch, or high-volume administration is also a plus.
- Communication and Time Management: Excellent communication skills and a focus on customer service are essential. Good time management skills, organization, and the ability to multi-task are also required.
- Professional Representation: Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
