  • Facilitate a personalized shopping experience by assisting customers throughout their journey.
  • Support customers during the checkout process, ensuring a memorable interaction.
  • Perform stocking duties, including lifting items up to 50 lbs, rotating stock, placing orders, and maintaining cleanliness in the store.
  • Manage daily price adjustments and operate the cash register as needed.
  • Process online orders and ensure timely product distribution for deliveries.
  • Work in a cold environment, handling inventory and shipments in our walk-in freezer.
  • Complete additional related tasks as required.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force.
  • Occasional exposure to extreme temperatures, particularly in walk-in freezers.
  • Capable of standing or walking for extended periods, up to 8-10 hours.
  • Frequent movement throughout the store to access various departments and products.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant settings.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team towards a common goal.
  • Demonstrate determination and deliver exceptional results with urgency and effective time management.
  • Take ownership and responsibility for achieving success.

  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
