About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Kohl's Peru. As a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, offering assistance, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register, scan items, bag merchandise, and handle different methods of payment accurately and efficiently.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales goals and support inventory accuracy through accurate completion of all required point of sale and merchandise disposition practices.
  • Support the training process for new hires on the service team, including teaching process best practices and proper point of sale procedures.
  • Participate in daily service processes, such as register and cash balancing, change orders, and replenishing supplies.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
  • Verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • No retail experience required, but a client-facing retail or service industry background is preferred.
  • Must be 16 years of age or older and have flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

The Seasonal Retail Sales Associate role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and occasionally over 50 lbs. with a two-person lift. You must also be able to stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift and visually verify information and locate and inspect merchandise.
