About the Role

In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service in point of sale and customer service processes while focusing on consistent execution and operational efficiency.

You will deliver speed of service transactions while creating a compelling customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
  • Operate a cash register, scan items, bag merchandise, and properly handle different methods of payment.
  • Accurately and efficiently execute point of sale and customer service standards based on company guidelines.
  • Meet or exceed individual goals, such as credit and loyalty targets.
  • Support inventory accuracy through accurate completion of all required point of sale and merchandise disposition practices.
  • Support the training process for new hires on the service team.
  • Participate in daily service processes, such as register and cash balancing, change orders, and replenishing supplies.
What You'll Do

As a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.
  • Operating a cash register and processing transactions efficiently.
  • Assisting customers with products and services, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Meeting or exceeding individual goals and contributing to the success of the team.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • No retail experience required, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
  • Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
