About the Role

As a full-time Verizon Retail Sales Associate, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team to drive sales growth and provide an exceptional customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Generating retail sales by leveraging your passion for technology and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Learning and uncovering customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
  • Positioning product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
  • Closing sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
  • Continuously developing yourself through ongoing training and up-skilling in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
  • Potential to grow your customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers who are interested in our products and services.
  • Opportunities to engage with the community outside of the store to expand your loyal customer base, including at off-site Verizon-sponsored events.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual with a high school diploma or equivalent and one or more years of work experience. You'll need to be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be open to picking up additional shifts and earning more income during peak periods. If you have experience working in a commission-based environment, demonstrated sales experience, or customer service experience, that's a plus
