Job Summary

Nike is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Store Associate. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and engaging store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide world-class customer service by greeting customers, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products, promotions, and sales.
  • Contribute to a positive and engaging store environment by maintaining a clean and organized store, adhering to visual merchandising standards, and participating in store events and activities.
  • Work effectively with other team members to achieve sales goals, meet customer needs, and maintain a high level of store performance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, such as processing transactions, handling returns and exchanges, and maintaining store inventory.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Able to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
  • Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • One or more years of customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
  • Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
