We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Norfolk International Airport. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our passengers, ensuring their travel experience is smooth and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm and welcoming greetings to passengers, setting the tone for a positive travel experience
- Assist passengers with various travel-related tasks, including checking in, printing boarding passes, and resolving any issues that may arise
- Remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations, providing empathetic and professional support to passengers
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 18 years old
- Ability to operate a computer to enter and retrieve data
- Ability to lift up to 70lbs on a consistent basis
- Ability to pass a background check, hearing and vision tests, and drug screen
- Eligibility to obtain necessary credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal) per local requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
