As a Beverage Specialist, you will be instrumental in fostering a lively, enjoyable, and vibrant bar atmosphere by consistently providing an outstanding experience at The ONE Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
  • Skillfully prepare and serve a variety of beverages in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members while managing time and multitasking efficiently.
  • This role may also involve serving guests in the designated bar area.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced dining environment.
  • Must comply with state regulations regarding the minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
  • Experience in a bustling or fast-casual restaurant setting is preferred.
  • Ability to engage with guests and colleagues in a friendly, enthusiastic, and approachable manner.
  • Responsible for managing a cash drawer and maintaining its accuracy throughout the shift.
  • Capable of lifting and transporting items such as glass racks and ice bins weighing up to 50 lbs. multiple times during the shift.
  • Ability to stand and maintain mobility for extended periods, up to 8 hours.
  • Effective communication skills, including proficiency in spoken and written English.
