Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Services Specialist at the Dundee Township Park District. This part-time, non-exempt position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patrons, processing transactions, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to patrons, either in person, over the phone, or via email
  • Process transactions, including program registrations, membership sales, and facility reservations
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the front desk and surrounding areas
  • Assist with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and data entry
  • Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with coworkers and management
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum one year of experience in a customer service-related field
  • First Aid and CPR certification required
  • Valid driver's license for van driving
  • Knowledge of office procedures and software, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Working Conditions

This is a part-time, year-round position with a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
